We have a number of new offerings this year, including a 4/3 size warmer that accepts four 1/3 size pans or fractional size pans and a full size cooker/warmer that accepts a 12" x 20" full size pan or fractional size pans. Their heavy-duty stainless steel construction is designed for fast preheating and preventing hot spots, and both have a thermostat that adjusts from 120 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit.
Several new round warmers are also available - two of which are a cooker/warmer (with a 7 quart or 11 quart capacity), and one of which is a standard warmer (11 quart capacity). These are also made of heavy-duty stainless steel and come with a 6-ft cord.
The Hunt Is On (for Good Coffee)!
Your brunch buffet isn't complete without a coffee dispenser. Our Proctor Silex coffee urns come in three different cup capacities (40, 60, and 100) and include a one-year warranty. They each have a shielded coffee level indicator, cool touch handles, and a one-hand serving design. The tall base fits large 12 oz. cups, which means your customers won't have to stop by as frequently for a refill, which they will love!

An Air(pot) of Celebration
Another great option for serving coffee, hot tea, or water is by using airpots. Airpots keep beverage hotter, longer: their heat retention abilities include ten hours at 175 degrees Fahrenheit, or 24 hours at 147 degrees Fahrenheit. This particular airpot has a stainless steel satin-body finish, has a swivel base for easy access, and includes 4 color tags to indicate whether it contains Regular Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Tea, or Hot Water.
