Bottle Coolers

Any commercial establishment that customers frequent for its cold beer, wine, or any other chilled beverages would do good to have an excellent bottle cooler. While a refrigerator is good enough to keep bottled beverages cold, bottle coolers are specially designed for the task.

A big plus of using a bottle cooler in your establishment (as opposed to keeping drinks cold in a regular refrigerator) is that it's more convenient to keep and retrieve beverages from a bar bottle cooler because your drink bottles would not need to compete with other items inside a multipurpose fridge. And because a busy bar requires frequent opening of bottle coolers, today's commercial bottle coolers now feature more powerful cooling systems to keep bottled drinks chilled even when the cooler door is left open.

Beer Dispensers

A type of bar beer cooler that is designed to keep kegged beer cold is a beer dispenser. Draft beer dispensers are used to chill beer and then pour it out into customers' mugs and glasses using a spout at the top of the unit. Excellent-quality draught beer dispensers will keep a draft beer keg chilled for as long as the unit is plugged in and can even keep the beer fresh for up to a couple of months, in perfect serving condition. This is a huge plus for owners of establishments who have a large selection of kegged beer brands.

Simply speaking, a beer dispenser machine that is designed to chill and serve kegged beer is just a combination of two other machines: a fridge and kegged beer. A beer keg is stored inside a specially designed beer tap dispenser that can accommodate the keg. Then the beer keg inside is tapped, and chilled beer is poured into customers' mugs or glasses via a spout or faucet at the top of the draft beer dispenser.

Portable Beer Tappers

In essence, a portable beer tapper is just a handier version of a regular draft beer dispenser. It follows the same cooling process as a beer dispenser, using pretty much the same basic components and parts but with the added advantage of portability.

With a portable keg tapper, serving of draft beer is no longer limited to bars, pubs, and other establishments that serve draught beer. With a portable beer keg tapper, anyone can take their kegged beer with them, even to outdoor picnics and beach parties. However, because of the portability of these beer tappers, the number of kegged beer that can be accommodated is limited to one, unlike the usual beer dispensers in bars that are designed to chill two or more kegs of beer.

Glass Chillers

Glass chillers are fridges specifically made for chilling or frosting a bar's glassware. Owners of establishments that serve cold bottled beverages should have a great-quality commercial glass froster. An excellent mug froster is particularly efficient at keeping a large number of glasses or mugs chilled for a longer period of time and provides an even layer of frost compared to just swilling some ice in a glass or using an ice bucket filled with ice to keep glasses chilled.

Yet another advantage of bar glass chillers is that bar owners can avoid the unnecessary hassles of glasses competing for cooling time with other items inside a regular multipurpose refrigerator used to store food, ingredients, and bottles.
