• Chemicals, including HAZMAT items, are excluded.
• Furniture, furniture components, and furniture sets are excluded.
• Dinnerware and glassware items are excluded.
• Popcorn and other cooking ingredients are not included.
• Shelving, matting, garbage cans, oversized facility tubs and storage units are excluded.
• Hand trucks are not eligible.
• Commercial sinks are excluded.
• Custom-built, made-to-order, and some oversized products may be excluded.
• Orders containing financed equipment are not eligible.
• Orders shipping outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, are excluded.
• Orders shipping to remote locations not directly accessible by truck are not eligible.
• Liftgate service and any other special delivery services are excluded.

For multiple item purchases, products that are not eligible for free shipping will incur shipping charges based on their cumulative weight. The shipping charges are calculated by the total package weight, excluding any items designated for "free shipping," with a minimum charge of $9.99.

Notes For Returned Merchandise

Products accepted by Rapids as an authorized return will have any credit amount due to the customer adjusted to deduct the standard freight cost of the initial shipment.
