For your security, the information you enter at checkout needs to match what you have supplied to your bank or financial institution. It is important that you are entering the correct billing information at checkout. Pay very close attention to the address and zip code to make sure they are the same as what your credit card issuer has on file for you.
We have found 90% of failed carts are because of this mismatch when the Shipping and Billing addresses are not the same. Please note, you can still select an alternate location for the delivery of your products. That is completely acceptable and happens frequently. But if your credit card statement is sent to an office, residence, or any address that is not the same as the shipping address, there is a strong likelihood your payment will fail if you do not supply the correct billing address as well.
When in the checkout process, you will first enter the SHIPPING ADDRESS for your order. This is where you would like the product delivered.
Then, you will click "Next" to proceed to your billing information. If the shipping address and billing address are the same, you can go ahead and enter your card number.
But, if the bill for your credit card DOES NOT go to the address the order is shipping to, you must UNCHECK the box next to the statement that reads "My billing and shipping address are the same", then enter the correct BILLING ADDRESS and also click the button to the lower right that says "UPDATE" before submitting payment. Failure to do so may result in a decline from your bank or the credit card processor.
If your card continues to fail, you can also choose the PayPal option, in which you can still use a credit card, and utilize the PayPal payment gateway and processor that may be more successful based on your purchasing behaviors.
