A Look at Commercial Coffee Brewers
One of the most important factors to consider when searching for a commercial coffee machine is how you want to make your establishment's signature coffee. You might want to make your coffee through standard drip or through percolation. These two methods produce a distinct-tasting coffee, so everything actually boils down to your preference.
Let's take a look at the two methods of making coffee. First, the percolation method. It's actually the original way of making coffee and is the preferred method by millions of people worldwide. This is why commercial coffee percolators are popular pieces of commercial coffee makers in use not only in coffee shops but in restaurants, cafés, diners, and other food- and beverage-service establishments all over the world. But how does a coffee maker percolator work? Inside the percolating commercial coffee brewer, a chamber holds the coffee grounds, and this chamber is connected to a tube which is, in turn, connected to water at the bottom of the machine. When positioned over a source of heat, the water rises inside the tube and trickles through the coffee grinds inside the commercial coffee percolator to produce fresh coffee. However, contrary to popular belief, creating coffee through a coffee percolator is not easy compared to other automatic coffee makers. It is somewhat difficult to master because both overextraction and rebrewing of coffee grounds can result in coffee that is either bland and tasteless or overly bitter.
An easier way of producing coffee while using automatic coffee machines is by brewing via the drip method. This coffee-brewing method is possible by utilizing a commercial drip coffee maker. So how can you brew coffee using a drip coffee maker? Place the coffee grounds inside the filter, and then a heating element inside the automatic coffee machine heats up the stored water, which is passed through the coffee grounds. Fresh coffee can now be poured from the automatic commercial coffee maker into a coffee pot or any kind of coffee server. This type of brewing method using drip coffee makers is a relatively easy way to make fresh coffee. Automatic drip coffee makers, depending on the brand and type, can either brew a single pot or two pots at once.

A Look at Commercial Coffee Brewers
When selecting a commercial coffee machine, the brewing method is key to creating your establishment's signature coffee. Two popular methods are drip brewing and percolation, each offering a distinct taste.
Percolation is the traditional method, favored by many for its rich flavor. A commercial coffee percolator works by heating water, which rises through a tube and drips over coffee grounds. However, mastering the percolation process can be tricky, as over-extraction or rebrewing can lead to bitter or bland coffee.
Drip brewing, on the other hand, is simpler. In this method, hot water is passed through coffee grounds inside a filter, producing a fresh brew that pours directly into a pot or server. Automatic drip brewers can make one or two pots at a time, depending on the machine.
