To kick-off 2020, we added a number of new products to our catalog and website to meet the ever-evolving needs of the foodservice and hospitality industry. Since Rapids has always had a particular interest in the beer dispensing side of things (thanks to our founder Harry Ribble, creator of the world's first direct draw beer dispenser!), we've highlighted some of the most promising beer equipment and accessory adds below.

When it's noted that all of the components are stainless steel, you can use that jockey box or coupling kit to serve not only beer, but also coffee, wine, kombucha, and more! Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, so it won't deteriorate from the acidic properties in these drinks. When metal corrodes, it allows for bacteria and mold to grow inside your system, which can change the taste of your drink (usually for the worse!).

Stainless Steel-Wrapped Coil Coolers

If you want a jockey box that looks sleek and professional, the stainless steel-wrapped coolers are the way to go. The stylish stainless steel exterior will effortlessly enhance your booth or stand, and without the seams that come standard on the outside of almost every other cooler, it's a breeze to clean! The components are all stainless steel, including the coils, shanks, and faucets.

Stainless Steel Plated Cooler with Rapids Branding

The easy-to-clean stainless steel plate on the front of this 48 qt jockey box not only provides a unique, classy appearance, but it also increases the "multiple-pull" durability of this cooler.

The 50' coils are designed to quickly move your beer from the keg to the faucet, bringing it down to optimal serving temperature along the way. This jockey box has all stainless steel contacts as well.

High Volume Coil Coolers

Do you regularly work events where your booth is just inundated with customers from start to finish, leaving you struggling to meet demand? Do you wish you could offer more of your favorite brews without having to set up another jockey box?

Bartender-Style Coil Coolers

Serving your customers within the confined spaces of your event booth can result in a messy setup where your beer lines are just getting in the way. Eliminate this hassle by getting a bartender-style jockey box.

The bartender-style design means that your beer lines will attach to elbows on the same side of the cooler as the faucets. You will be able to place your jockey box at the front of your booth and serve directly across the table without having to turn your back to the customer!

Rolling Coil Coolers

Jockey boxes are heavy, especially if they have multiple coils inside. Make it easier to get to your booth or stand with a rolling jockey box. They are built-to-move with sturdy plastic wheels and a collapsible pull handle. They also include built-in side handles for when the terrain is too rough to use the wheels. All 304SS contact.

Stainless Steel Jockey Box Keg Coupler Beer Line Kit

This Sankey coupler kit has all stainless steel contact, and it can be used to connect your Sankey beer keg with almost any jockey box setup, including our new jockey boxes listed above! Items in this kit include several feet of food-grade black beer tubing, connectors, a keg coupler, nipples, hex nuts, clamps, and washers.

Stainless Steel Beer Faucet

Speaking of stainless steel, Rapids is now offering a new stainless steel beer faucet. NSF-listed and constructed from 304SS, this beer faucet goes the extra mile to preserve the taste of your favorite brew. It's designed to last, and is more affordable than many other stainless faucets.

Aluminum Distributors

An essential aspect of the perfect pour is pressurizing your lines. American Beverage aluminum distributors with a 5/16" barb (available as a 2-way, 3-way, 4-way, 5-way, or 6-way) allow you to supply more than one tank with gas from a single CO2 tank and regulator! 

This will simplify your setup as well as save you space.
