Designed to offer easy temperature control, these units utilize a microprocessor with a digital display, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and a complete bottom-mounted refrigeration system with copper tubing and aluminum fin evaporator.

Small Improvements Can Make a Big Difference
Make your metal surfaces gleam using Brite Shine (available as polishing wipes or an 11 oz aerosol can). Made from food-grade ingredients, this product easily removes grease from a variety of metals, including stainless steel, nickel steel, copper, aluminum, and brass. It also leaves a protective coating to help resist fingerprints and other smudges, as well as future grease buildup.
Another way to improve your establishment is by replacing your anti-fatigue matting. This 3' x 3' connecting rubber mat system is made of 1/2" thick rubber and has holes for excellent drainage. It's also easy to connect if you need more than a 3' square area covered - the molded rubber just snaps together!
