As red wines usually have a stronger aroma, the larger opening of a red wine glass allows some of the aromas to escape so the customer isn't overwhelmed. White wine glasses also have a smaller bowl to keep the wine cooler for longer. This isn't as important for red wine, as it is supposed to be served at room temperature.

Induction Cookware - Melt Their Hearts with Drizzled Chocolate
A dessert without chocolate is like a romance movie with no happily-ever-after: disappointing and incomplete.
Create a dessert your customers will crave every Valentine's Day (and possibly in-between) with chocolate-melting supplies from Rapids.
Start by melting the chocolate using a safe and effective induction cooker. Induction cookers provide a greater degree of control over your cooking temperatures, making them perfect for something as temperamental as chocolate. This induction cooker from Vollrath 100 settings for precise cooking control, as well as continuous duty induction circuitry for non-stop cooking. The digital display is easy-to-clean, and the control panel displays a HOT warning when the burner is heated. To use an induction cooker, you will need an induction-ready sauce pan, otherwise the unit will not work.
You can ensure your chocolate is at the proper melting temperature by using a candy thermometer. This model includes a 9" stainless steel stem and pan clip, so you can easily attach it to the side of the pan for continuous temperature monitoring. Temperature range: -40 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
