Delivering Excellence in Every Moment - Rapids Employee of the Month Awards

Each month, Rapids awards one employee for Delivering Excellence in Every Moment (DEEM). To win, an employee has to be nominated by a coworker for exemplifying one of Rapids' five pillars: being personally accountable, being honest, being a problem-solver, putting the customer first, and minding your ping.

All of the monthly nominations are reviewed and put a to vote, and the winner receives a DEEM award. In December, each of the monthly winners has a chance to become the DEEM winner of the year!

This process is part of Rapids' mission to recognize and encourage employees who go above and beyond for their coworkers and customers - we strive to create an environment where people feel their contributions are appreciated.
