SERVI Technology

SERVI is designed as a transportation unit. Units are mapped to your specific location by a certified technician and use front, downward, and upward facing cameras and LiDAR to navigate obstacles that may get in the robot's way. A touchscreen control pad easily controls the routes and usages of SERVI. Send it from the kitchen to a specific table, and it can return back once the last plate has been removed from its shelf. Set it to host mode and SERVI can lead your customers to an empty table. Patrol mode turns SERVI into a automated appetizer stand for formal events. Its three shelves can be loaded with up to 66 pounds of plated food, used dishes, or sealed drinks. These shelves have weight sensing technology that can tell SERVI to return when plates are completely removed. SERVI can also communicate with your customers and employees, using formal manors and programable voice prompts to navigate your dining space and of course, sing "Happy Birthday".

How to purchase SERVI

While SERVI units are available for upfront purchase, we recommend a 12, 24, or 36 month leasing program. These leasing programs include software updates, limited service warranty, and weekly analytic reports that are otherwise not included when buying upfront.
