Factory Direct Items
With over 8500 products available for purchase, sometimes it’s hard to find room to stock them all on our shelves. In the event an item is not immediately available in the quantity you require for us to pick & pack, we'll work directly with the factories to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Please note: With the ongoing Supply Chain Disruption our industry is encountering as we come out of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we’ll contact the manufacturer to have them send the next available unit(s) directly to you. If item(s) are experiencing particularly long lead times, we'll communicate that information to you as soon as we receive it. Items we have already identified as having particularly long lead times have had their "buy button" removed, and you should see a pop up identifying them as such. These items can still be purchased, but we would like to discuss the lead times with you prior to purchase with our best known intel to help you make the right purchasing decision.
Additionally, some items are custom-made or built-to-order. These items too ship Factory Direct. No need to further delay an order by routing them through our facilities, so we’ll make sure the manufacturers send them directly to you as soon as possible.
Considering these items are not shipped directly through our warehouses, the shipping times may vary. We are prepared to investigate and communicate these lead times with you - no worries. Please note: an additional day for factory processing should be expected when choosing EXPEDITED delivery options. We cannot guarantee the factories will be able to ship the items same day as our request is made due to processing times and factory production times or inventory levels.
Rapid Ship Items
Products marked as Rapid Ship are typically in-stock at our Marion, Iowa warehouse. This means our diligent staff will handle every step of the shipping process - from order processing to shipment preparation - to get your item on the next outgoing truck. Orders placed and processed before 3PM CST ship same-day if sufficient quantity is on hand (which is likely, we have a 96% fill rate). Since we're conveniently located in the heart of America near the intersection of I-80 and I-35, transit times are ideal for servicing the entire Continental US.
