Introducing the MVP AX-GPC-2 Gas Pasta Cooker, a powerhouse of efficiency and reliability designed to streamline your pasta cooking process. Crafted with heavy-duty stainless steel construction, this pasta cooker is built to withstand the demands of commercial kitchens while delivering exceptional performance every time.

The AX-GPC-2 features a one-piece deep drawn inner tank, ensuring ease of maintenance and longevity. The inner tank, made of AISI 316 stainless steel, is corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for withstanding the effects of salt water and ensuring durability in any kitchen environment. The easy access manual water fill control on the front panel simplifies operation, while the starch skimming drain and overflow area safeguard against accidental overfilling, ensuring a smooth cooking experience.

With piezo-electric burner ignition and safety thermocouple shutoff, the AX-GPC-2 prioritizes user safety and convenience. Individual controls for gas, water, and drain on double tank units provide precise control over the cooking process, allowing for optimal results every time. Featuring high-efficiency burner technology, the AX-GPC-1 shortens cook times by concentrating greater heat at the rear, creating a convective flow of water that eliminates the need for stirring, saving both time and energy.

Each unit comes with stainless steel mesh baskets with ergonomic positioned handles (6 per tank), providing versatility and ease of use. The front drain tray and 1" full port drain valve further enhance convenience during operation and cleaning. Adjustable stainless steel legs (6 inches) ensure stability and adaptability to any kitchen setup. The AX-GPC-1 is shipped ready for natural gas installation, with an LP conversion kit included with each unit for added flexibility.
