Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and enamel interior with coved corners, this oven was designed with convenient cleaning in mind. This standard depth model fits five 18" x 26" pans left to right and is closed using independent doors. A 150°F - 500°F temperature range is controlled using a solid state digital controller with programmed Cook 'n' Hold feature. 46,000 BTU's per oven capacity. Five nickel plated oven racks, interior oven lights, and a 2 speed fan are also included with this unit. Legs and castors also included.
