With this Volition natural gas convection oven, you get consistent results thanks to specially designed and powerful 54,000 BTU burners and 1/2 HP two-speed blower. This Volition double deck convection oven has all stainless steel construction, along with double pane thermal glass windows on the doors. Comes with casters, and a 3/4" rear NPT gas connection. The doors have an interlock switch that automatically turns both the fan and burners off when they open.
