Use for Fryer Boil-Out Cleaning

For routine fryer tank/pot cleaning follow these simple steps:

1. Add 1 oz. FOG per gallon of water needed to fill your tank
2. Fill fryer with cleaning solution
3. Heat to 200 degrees F.
4. Let soak for 20-30 minutes
5. Drain and thoroughly rinse tank/pot

Use for Oven Cleaning

For regular cleaning of the inside of your ovens. It's easy, just follow these instructions:

1. Warm your oven up to 200 degrees F.
2. Apply FOG to to surfaces with a cloth, sponge or spray.
3. Wait 10-15 minutes
4. Rinse thoroughly with water
5. Wipe surface clean with a damp cloth or sponge
6. Repeat if needed on those heavy build-up areas

Use for Grill Cleaning

You can use this stuff on your flat grills, griddles, and range tops too. Follow these steps:

1. If surface is hot, dilute FOG with water prior to use.
2. Apply FOG to surface
3. Wait 2-3 minutes
4. Wipe down surface
5. Rinse thoroughly with water

Use for General Equipment Cleaning

Clean the exterior of your cookline, exhaust hoods, canopies, etc. Follow these simple steps:

1. Add 2 to 4 oz. of FOG concentrate to 1 quart of water
2. Spray with sprayer on the surfaces requiring cleaning. (not intended for use on aluminum or painted surfaces)
3. Wait 2-5 minutes
4. Wipe surface and rinse thoroughly with water

Important: you should always use goggles and gloves when handling any cleaner including FOG. Avoid breathing in fumes when spraying.
