The cabinet construction of this reach in display freezer is guaranteed heavy-duty for use in high-demand and fast-paced environments. The BLG-48HD has a twenty-four-gauge painted textured galvanized steel interior and exterior. In addition, entire cabinet of the Master Bilt BLG-48HD is also designed for superb insulation, thanks to a two-inch foamed-in-place “zero ODP” urethane insulation.
Epoxy-coated and durable welded wire shelves are also included with this 2 door glass freezer, the cantilever shelves of which are two-positioned and are adjustable in one-inch increments.
This 2 Door Glass Freezer and Its Refrigeration System
The refrigeration system of this reach in display freezer is one of the most dependable in the market today, owing to a self-contained, bottom-mounted, and factory-tested refrigeration system. The refrigeration system of the Master Bilt BLG-48HD also includes an automatic condensate evaporator and features a top-mounted, low-profile interior fan housing.
The temperature range of the BLG-48HD is kept at 5° to -15°F (-18° to -26°C), and its R-factor insulation-efficiency rating is at 17.24.
(Note that a minimum six-inch-clearance between the cabinet and back wall is required.)
