CO2 Distributors

Carbon dioxide (CO2) plays an important part in the serving of draft beer in bars, pubs, taverns, and restaurants as well as for beer home brewing - it's the main gas choice for artificially pressurizing draft beer.

In modern beer dispensing, a metal keg is pressurized with either CO2 gas, nitrogen, or a combination of both gases. This pressure is what drives the beer into the tap and out of the faucet into your customer's mug or glass.

So where do CO2 distributors come in? Keg distributors or CO2 distributors allows you to connect many different barrels of beer from one CO2 primary regulator.

How Is a CO2 Distributor Installed?

The reason why some business owners or those who want to try home brewing are somewhat reluctant to try CO2 distribution is that they think it's hard to install. However, nothing could be further from the truth.

To install, simply connect the air line from your regulator into the nipple that is provided on the one end of the air distributor. Then connect the air line to the number of aircocks desired and run them to your different keg tapping fittings.
