If you have a lot of seasonal options or a large drink menu, a beer flight is a great way to encourage people to branch out. We offer write-on wood tasting boards that allow you to easily change your offerings - or even let customers choose the four brews they want to try. It has the added benefit of cementing the names of the beers in the customer's mind, so they will be able to order them again later. The tasting boards are available in reclaimed wood or bamboo, and we offer chalkboard pens as well.
We have a basic 16 oz heat-treated mixing glass that's currently more than half off, a fancy 10-1/2 oz goblet that looks like it came straight from a vampire's castle, a 25 oz super mug big enough for Frankenstein's monster, and more!

Ingredients:
- 3 cups blackberries
- 20 oz can of lychees (will need 18 lychees and 3/4 of the can's syrup)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups sweetened acai juice
- 1 cup blueberry juice cocktail
- 18 large blueberries
- 3 cups lemon-lime soda
- 1 cup spiced rum or gin
- Puree the blackberries, lychee syrup and lemon juice in a blender. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a beverage dispenser reservoir, pressing on the solids with a rubber spatula. Add the acai juice and blueberry juice. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.
- Gently push a blueberry into the cavity of each lychee. Add the stuffed lychees to the beverage, then gently stir in the lemon-lime soda and rum, if using. Re-attach the reservoir to the beverage dispenser. Serve over ice.
A Candy Apple A Day Keeps the Doctor Away
While this statement will clearly not hold up under any kind of scrutiny, it does make for a great conversation starter for our next suggestion: a candy apple bar. The ability to make their own candy apple will surely delight customers of all ages, and it's simple to assemble!
If you want to offer pre-sliced apples, we have an apple divider, bamboo skewers, and trays so you can lay them out neatly for people to grab. To keep the apples from browning, you should coat the slices in sugar or syrup to slow oxidation. If you want to offer full apples, you can store them in a classy stainless steel tub!
You can warm the chocolate or caramel in a food warmer (with the help of a candy thermometer to ensure correct holding temperatures). Chocolate should always be melted using low heat (less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit), and caramel should be melted around 125-150 degrees.
Hold the coatings - such as M&Ms, chopped nuts, or marshmallows - in 1.2 qt crocks paired with scoops for easy application.
