The Garland X60-6G24RR 60" commercial range delivers heavy-duty performance for professional kitchens. It features six 30,000 BTU two-piece “Q” style donut burners with ergonomic split cast-iron grates for optimal heat distribution. The 24" right-side griddle includes three 18,000 BTU cast-iron “H” style burners with manual hi/lo control and a 4-1/4" grease trough.

The standard oven has a straight steel tube 33,000 BTU burner, ribbed porcelain bottom, nickel-plated rack, and thermostat adjustable up to 500°F. Stainless steel front, sides, 4" plate rail, and backguard with removable shelf provide durability and easy cleaning. The range also features stamped drip trays, injection-molded steel core legs, pressure regulator, reinforced chassis, and heavy-duty control knobs. Ideal for high-volume commercial kitchens.

The Garland U60-6R24RR 60" Restaurant Range is a professional-grade gas range engineered for high-output commercial kitchens, combining six powerful open burners, a 24" raised griddle/broiler, and two full-size ovens in a single 60" unit. Designed for durability, versatility, and precision, this range meets the rigorous demands of busy restaurant environments while providing ergonomic and efficient operation.

The unit features a large 27" (686 mm) worktop surface, stainless steel front, sides, and 5" (127 mm) plate rail, and a two-piece stainless steel backguard with removable shelf, providing a durable and easy-to-clean workspace while allowing convenient storage for pans and utensils. The construction is reinforced with chassis corner bracing and includes 6" (152 mm) stainless steel legs with adjustable feet for stability and proper leveling.

The cooktop includes six 32,000 BTU/hr. (9.37 kW) 2-piece cast-iron geometric open burners, set in ergonomically designed split cast-iron top ring grates for stable cookware support and even heat distribution. Stamped drip trays, 12" (305 mm) sections with dimpled bottoms, catch spills and simplify cleanup.

The 24" (610 mm) raised griddle/broiler section, located on the right, features three cast-iron burners rated 11,000 BTU/hr. (3.22 kW) each, with individual manual hi/lo controls per burner. The griddle plate is 5/8" (15 mm) thick, providing even heat distribution and long-term durability, while a 4-1/4" (108 mm) wide grease trough collects excess grease. The griddle is front-serviceable, allowing easy maintenance and cleaning. Broiler rack placement is adjustable at 3-3/4" (95 mm) and 2-1/2" (64 mm) to accommodate different cooking heights.

The range is equipped with two standard ovens, each featuring a 38,000 BTU/hr. (11.13 kW) cast-iron "H" style burner, a snap-action modulating oven thermostat adjustable from low to 500°F, and nickel-plated oven racks with 3-position removable guides. Oven interiors include porcelain ribbed bottoms and doors with aluminized steel tops, sides, and backs, capable of accommodating full-size sheet pans in both directions. Heavy-duty, square doors feature a keep-cool handle for safe and ergonomic operation.

Additional features include large, heavy-duty knobs, an easy-access oven pilot light, and a built-in gas regulator for precise control.
