Two standard ovens feature 38,000 BTU cast-iron “H” style burners, snap-action modulating thermostats adjustable up to 500°F, porcelain ribbed bottoms, and nickel-plated 3-position oven racks. The range includes a 27" worktop, stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, two-piece backguard with removable shelf, stamped drip trays, and 6" adjustable legs. Durable construction with reinforced chassis corners and heavy-duty knobs ensures reliability in busy kitchens.

Designed for durability, versatility, and precision, this range meets the rigorous demands of busy restaurant environments while providing ergonomic and efficient operation.
The unit features a large 27" (686 mm) worktop surface, stainless steel front, sides, and 5" (127 mm) plate rail, and a two-piece stainless steel backguard with removable shelf, providing a durable and easy-to-clean workspace while allowing convenient storage for pans and utensils. The construction is reinforced with chassis corner bracing and includes 6" (152 mm) stainless steel legs with adjustable feet for stability and proper leveling.
The cooktop includes six 32,000 BTU/hr. (9.37 kW) 2-piece cast-iron geometric open burners, set in ergonomically designed split cast-iron top ring grates for stable cookware support and even heat distribution. Stamped drip trays, 12" (305 mm) sections with dimpled bottoms, catch spills and simplify cleanup.
The 24" (610 mm) raised griddle/broiler section, located on the right, features three cast-iron burners rated 11,000 BTU/hr. (3.22 kW) each, with individual manual hi/lo controls per burner. The griddle plate is 5/8" (15 mm) thick, providing even heat distribution and long-term durability, while a 4-1/4" (108 mm) wide grease trough collects excess grease. The griddle is front-serviceable, allowing easy maintenance and cleaning. Broiler rack placement is adjustable at 3-3/4" (95 mm) and 2-1/2" (64 mm) to accommodate different cooking heights.
