This gas range features four 32,000 BTU Starfire Pro® open burners with ergonomic split cast-iron top and ring grates, a 24" griddle with 18,000 BTU cast-iron burners and manual hi/lo control, and two space-saver ovens with ribbed porcelain bottoms, aluminized steel interiors, and 32,000–38,000 BTU heavy cast-iron burners.
Each oven includes a nickel-plated rack and 3-position removable guides, controlled by snap-action modulating thermostats for even baking and fast recovery. The range is built with stainless steel front, sides, 5" plate rail, and 2-piece backguard with removable shelf. Large stamped drip trays, heavy-duty knobs, 6" adjustable legs, and front-serviceable griddle plate make operation and maintenance convenient. This 48-inch wide range features a large 27-inch deep worktop surface for ample cooking space, accommodating multiple pots, pans, and griddle use simultaneously.
The range is equipped with four powerful 32,000 BTU open burners with durable cast-iron top and ring grates, arranged in ergonomic split configurations for optimal heat distribution and ease of use. On the right side, a 24-inch raised griddle with a 5/8-inch thick steel plate provides consistent, high-output cooking for breakfast, sandwiches, and grilled items. The griddle is powered by manual hi/lo valve-controlled 18,000 BTU cast-iron “H” style burners per 12-inch section and includes a 4-1/4-inch wide grease trough for easy cleaning. The griddle plate is front-serviceable and can optionally be installed on the left side if required.
Beneath the cooktop, the range includes two space-saver ovens, each featuring a 32,000 BTU space-saver or 38,000 BTU standard cast-iron “H” style oven burner.
