The Garland G60-10RR 60" Restaurant Range from the G Starfire Pro Series is a versatile, high-performance gas range designed for professional kitchens that require both power and flexibility. This 60-inch wide range features a large 27-inch deep worktop surface, providing ample room for multiple pots, pans, and griddle cooking simultaneously.
Equipped with six Starfire Pro® 2-piece 33,000 BTU cast-iron open burners, this range offers robust heat output and precise temperature control. The burners are mounted in ergonomic split cast-iron top ring grates, which provide even heat distribution and allow easy maneuvering of cookware. On the right side, a 24-inch x 23-inch smooth steel griddle plate, 5/8-inch thick, delivers high-output performance for grilling, searing, and breakfast cooking. The griddle is powered by 18,000 BTU cast-iron “H” style burners per 12-inch section, controlled by manual hi/lo valves, and features a 4-1/4-inch wide grease trough for quick and efficient cleanup. The griddle plate is front-serviceable and can optionally be placed on the left side if needed.
Below the cooktop, the range includes two standard ovens, each equipped with a 38,000 BTU cast-iron “H” style oven burner for even, consistent baking.
