This gas range features six 33,000 BTU Starfire Pro® open burners with ergonomic split cast-iron top and ring grates, a 24" raised griddle/broiler with three 11,000 BTU burners, and two standard ovens with porcelain interiors. Each oven includes a heavy cast-iron 38,000 BTU "H" style burner, snap-action modulating thermostat, nickel-plated racks, and 3-position guides for even baking and fast recovery.

The range is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, 5" plate rail, and a 2-piece backguard with removable shelf. Large stamped drip trays, 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, heavy-duty knobs, and easy-access pilot lights make operation and maintenance simple. With a 60-inch wide, 27-inch deep worktop, this range provides ample cooking space to handle multiple pots, pans, and griddle tasks simultaneously, making it ideal for restaurants, catering kitchens, and high-volume foodservice operations.

This model features six high-output 33,000 BTU open burners set on heavy-duty, ergonomic cast-iron Starfire® 2-piece top and ring grates. The split design allows for even heat distribution and easy lifting for cleaning or repositioning pots. On the right side, the unit includes a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler section with three cast iron burners, each rated at 11,000 BTU, controlled with a manual hi/lo valve for precise temperature management. The griddle plate is 5/8-inch thick steel with a 4-1/4-inch wide grease trough, ensuring optimal cooking performance and easy grease management. The griddle comes standard on the right but can optionally be installed on the left to meet kitchen layout needs.

Beneath the cooktop, the G60-6R24RR is equipped with two standard ovens, each featuring a 38,000 BTU cast-iron “H” style oven burner and a snap-action modulating thermostat that delivers even baking and fast recovery. Each oven includes three-position removable rack guides and a nickel-plated oven rack, allowing flexible cooking configurations for sheet pans, trays, and multiple dishes at once. The porcelain-lined oven interiors ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the heavy-duty, “keep-cool” oven doors provide safety and ergonomics during high-volume operation.
