The cooktop features two powerful 30,000 BTU open burners constructed with durable two-piece cast-iron “Q”-style donut designs. These burners provide strong, even heat and excellent recovery for boiling, sautéing, and pan cooking. Ergonomic split cast-iron top ring grates offer stable support for cookware while allowing easy removal for cleaning. The generous 27" deep work surface provides ample room for maneuvering pots, pans, and utensils during busy service periods.
Complementing the burners is a 24" griddle mounted on the right side of the range. The griddle is built with a 5/8" thick steel plate that delivers excellent heat retention and uniform cooking performance across the surface. Manual hi/lo valve controls allow precise temperature adjustment, making the griddle ideal for breakfast items, sandwiches, burgers, and other high-volume menu offerings. Heat is supplied by cast-iron “H”-style griddle burners rated at 18,000 BTU per 12" section.
