Recipe for Cinco De Mayo Guacamole

Ingredients for Guacomole
- 4 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 small tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped Cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced


Directions for Making Guacomole
Put the lime juice and the scooped avocado in a glass or non reactive bowl. Coat all of the Avocado with the lime juice. Pour off and reserve the lime juice in a different bowl. Sprinkle the salt, cumin, and cayenne on top of the avocado pulp. Mash the avocado with a potato masher. Fold in the onions, tomatoes, parsley, cilantro and garlic along with 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice. Add the minced jalapeno to taste. For serving Guacamole indiviudally, nothing beats our 4 ounce Molcajete Salsa Bowl.
