During this training, we explored a variety of solutions tailored to meet the needs of modern foodservice operations, whether in busy restaurants, schools, coffee shops, or convenience stores. From versatile slicers and cutters that simplify prep work to advanced cooking tools and reliable concessions equipment, Nemco’s offerings ensure efficiency without compromising quality.

Easy Slicer:

• This slicer is popular in chain restaurants. It adjusts slice sizes from 1/16” to 1/2” and can also shred.
• Its blades are easy to sharpen, making it last longer.
• It’s safe for users under 18, which is great for staff training (read more about this in our other blog).

Easy Chopper III:

• Color-coded blocks and blades make it easy to use.
• The push-block gasket helps with quick cleaning, a unique feature that competitors don’t offer.
• Made with heavy-duty stainless steel blades, it lasts longer even with frequent use.
• You can turn it into a wedger or slicer by swapping blades.

Tomato Slicer:

• Perfect for sandwich shops, it slices up to 30,000 pounds of tomatoes before the blades need replacing.
• The most common slice size is 3/16”, but 1/4" is also available. Blades are easy to replace.

Lettuce Cutter:

• Cuts romaine, cabbage, cooked chicken, and more without making lettuce turn brown.
• Ideal for schools and salad bars.
