On the SP25, the front mounted touchpad has a 60-minute digital timer and a last batch recall feature, and the interlocked bowl lift keeps the mixer from running when the bowl is not in position. Thermal overload protection guards the motor.
For the SP25, the industry standard #12 hub accepts compatible attachments, and the stainless steel bowl guard has a fully welded ingredient chute. The cast iron body is rigid, and non-slip rubber feet keep the mixer steady.
