The Globe SP30P is a 30 qt planetary floor mixer for pizzerias and bakeries that mix dough in volume. A 1-1/2 HP motor and gear-driven transmission turn the bowl attachments at 3 fixed speeds, with a capacity of 31.7 qt (30 liter).

On the SP30P, the front mounted touchpad has a 60-minute digital timer and a last batch recall feature, and the interlocked bowl lift keeps the mixer from running when the bowl is not in position. Thermal overload protection guards the motor.
For the SP30P, the industry standard #12 hub accepts compatible attachments, and the stainless steel bowl guard has a fully welded ingredient chute. The cast iron body is rigid, and non-slip rubber feet keep the mixer steady.
It suits pizzerias and bakeries that want a floor model for dough in volume. It runs on 220V at 12.0 amps with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
