The Globe GEG24 is a 24" medium duty electric countertop griddle for breakfast, burgers, and sandwiches in kitchens without gas. A highly polished 1/2" plate is fully welded to a stainless steel frame, with 16" of depth for cooking.

On the GEG24, an on/off switch for each element lets cooks heat only the part of the plate they need, and the thermostatic controller holds the plate at the temperature you set. The cool-to-touch front edge keeps the work zone more comfortable.
For the GEG24, a spatula wide grease trough leads to a removable catch tray with a 4-1/2 cup capacity, and the seamlessly welded splash guard on three sides keeps grease on the griddle. The adjustable feet level the unit on the counter.
This griddle must be hard wired. It suits restaurants, cafes, and concession operations that want a 24" electric griddle without a gas connection.
