On the GG24TG, a spatula wide 4" grease trough and a removable stainless steel catch tray collect grease and scrapings, and the 3.5" tapered splash guard helps keep them on the griddle.
For the GG24TG, thermostatic controls every 12" let you set the plate temperature anywhere from 200F to 575F, and piezo ignition comes standard on thermostatic models. Each burner also has an individual adjustable pilot that is reachable from the front panel.
On the GG24TG model, insulated double wall construction on the front and sides, with an extended cool-to-touch front edge, helps keep heat on the cooking surface. The unit ships set for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included, which suits restaurants, diners, and cafes that cook breakfast and lunch in volume.
