The Globe GF15PG is a 15 lb countertop gas fryer for restaurants, bars, and concession operations that want fried sides and appetizers from a compact unit. Two stainless steel tube burners inside rectangular heat chambers deliver 26,500 BTU of propane heat to a single stainless steel fry pot.

On the GF15PG, Robert Shaw snap-action thermostats are built for fast recovery after a basket goes in, and the high limit thermostat shuts the fryer down if it exceeds a safe temperature.
For the GF15PG, the stainless steel fry pot has a drain valve with an extension pipe for draining oil, and the oil pan removes easily. The nickel-plated basket has a cool-to-touch insulated handle and hangs from a nesting groove between batches.
