The 4-hour cleaning notification cycle helps keep cleaning on schedule, and the LCD display shows operator messages and diagnostics in English, Spanish, and French. Home start requires the carriage to be in its home position before the slicer will run, and close to stop shuts the slicer off when the gauge plate closes.
The tilting carriage interlock keeps the knife covered when the carriage is tilted and stops the slicer from running. The adjustable timer shuts the slicer off after a period of inactivity.
The synthetic diamond sharpening surfaces are long lasting, and the kickstand and seamless anodized aluminum base make cleanup straightforward. This slicer fits delis, butcher shops, and restaurants that slice in volume and want built-in sanitation reminders.
