The patented indexing system sets slice thickness accurately and repeatably up to 1-1/8", and the advanced meat grip holds product firmly through the cut. The tilting carriage opens up cleaning access and handles large products like prosciutto, mortadella, and bacon.
The anodized aluminum design is built for quick, easy cleaning, and the integrated kickstand lifts the slicer for access underneath. The grit stone sharpener removes for cleaning, and the interlock keeps the slicer from running without the knife cover in place.
A no voltage release feature prevents the slicer from restarting after a power interruption. This slicer fits delis, butcher shops, and restaurants that slice in volume and want a premium American-made unit.
