On the PG24E, two thermostats and an on/off switch for each element let cooks run different temperatures across the plate, from 70F to 575F. The cool-to-touch front edge keeps the work zone more comfortable.
For the PG24E, a spatula wide grease trough leads to a removable catch tray with a 4-1/2 cup capacity, and the seamlessly welded splash guard on three sides keeps grease on the griddle. The adjustable feet level the unit on the counter.
The attached 4-foot power cord and NEMA 6-20P plug make setup simple. It suits cafes, food trucks, and small kitchens that want a compact electric griddle at an economy level.
