The Globe PG36E is a 36" economy electric countertop griddle for breakfast, burgers, and sandwiches without a gas connection. A highly polished 3/8" plate is fully welded to a stainless steel frame, with a plate depth of 13".

On the PG36E, two thermostats and an on/off switch for each element let cooks run different temperatures across the plate, from 70F to 575F. The cool-to-touch front edge keeps the work zone more comfortable.
For the PG36E, a spatula wide grease trough leads to a removable catch tray with a 4-1/2 cup capacity, and the seamlessly welded splash guard on three sides keeps grease on the griddle. The adjustable feet level the unit on the counter.
This griddle must be hard wired. It suits cafes, diners, and cafeterias that want a wide 36" electric griddle at an economy level.
