The Globe G14 is a medium duty manual slicer with a 14" knife, built for high-volume delis and kitchens that slice large pieces of meat and cheese. A 1/2 HP motor drives the hard chromed special alloy knife, which is hollow ground for longer edge life and easier sharpening.

The 14" knife handles wider cuts than smaller models, and gripping teeth on the end weight underside hold taller product steady. A ball bearing chute slide keeps the carriage moving smoothly, and the food chute is angled at 35 degrees.
A knife cover interlock and a permanently attached knife ring guard add operator protection, and the no voltage release system keeps the slicer from restarting on its own after a power interruption. The chute, slice deflector, and sharpener remove for cleaning.
This slicer fits delis, grocery counters, and restaurants that want a large 14" knife for daily slicing volume. It runs on 115V at 4.0 amps with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug.
