The auto engagement system prevents slippage, and the return to home feature brings the carriage back to its home position when you power off the motor. Home start requires the carriage to be home before the slicer will run, and close to stop shuts it off when the gauge plate closes.
The 4-hour cleaning notification cycle better ensures proper sanitation, and the LCD display gives operator messages, diagnostics, and system information in English, Spanish, and French. The lift lever and seamless anodized aluminum base make cleaning easier.
This slicer fits high-volume delis, butcher shops, and restaurants that want automatic slicing with adjustable speed and stroke length. It runs on 115V with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug.
