This electric convection oven uses a half size sheet pan. Time and temperature controls are adjusted with manual dials. The countertop smaller sized electric convection oven uses a single direction low velocity fan. The Turbofan series units have stainless steel fronts, sides, and top on the exterior of the unit and offer a fully welded and porcelain enameled oven chamber. A thick outer glass and a thick low energy loss inner glass is framed by a stainless steel drop down style hinged door.

The E22M3 convection oven is simple to operate. Baking and roasting chicken, steak, fish, and beef becomes a simple task. Baking cookies, cupcakes, croissants, pastries, and savories becomes a breeze. Circulating hot air cooks food more evenly, and at lower temperatures. This offers greater consistency, and often faster finish times.

This compact convection oven holds 3 half size sheet or hotel pans with 2 5/8" tray spacing between the 3 oven wire racks.

The convection oven has a safe touch vented drop down door with a stay cool handle. The door has heavy duty counterbalanced door hinges. It also features a removable plug-in oven door seal for easy cleaning, and a halogen lamp for higher quality lighting and merchandising. Anti-skid adjustable stainless steel feet support the unit. The thermostat ranges from 150 degrees Fahrenheit -550 degrees Fahrenheit . The electrically heated Turbofan convection oven is ETL listed and NSF-4 listed.
