The Eagle HT4-NG-FM 4 Well Natural Gas Hot Food Table is built for high-capacity commercial food holding in buffet lines, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens. With four 12" x 20" dry heat wells, it provides expanded serving space for multiple menu items while maintaining consistent hot holding performance.

Each compartment features an independent 3,500 BTU gas burner with high-medium-low adjustable controls and pilot light, allowing precise temperature management for each well. The insulated 8" deep galvanized liners improve heat retention and energy efficiency during continuous operation.

Constructed from heavy-duty 22-gauge type 430 stainless steel, the unit is designed for durability, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning. It includes an 8" polyethylene cutting board for prep space and a galvanized undershelf for additional storage. The integrated double-tier Flex-Master® overshelf system with 30" posts provides vertical organization and added workspace efficiency.

The open base frame with tubular legs and adjustable non-marking feet ensures stability and adaptability in demanding commercial environments. A gas pressure regulator is included for safe and reliable installation.

With four independently controlled wells and integrated Flex-Master® overshelves, it provides both expanded hot food capacity and enhanced vertical storage for improved service organization and presentation.

The unit is built with a heavy-duty 430 stainless steel top and body, delivering long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and a clean professional appearance suitable for both front-of-house and back-of-house use. Die-stamped beaded openings are designed to accept standard 12" x 20" food pans, ensuring compatibility with widely used commercial foodservice equipment.

Each of the four 8-inch deep dry wells is constructed with heavy-gauge galvanized liners and fully insulated on all four sides and the bottom using 1-inch fiberglass insulation. This insulation helps maintain consistent internal temperatures, improves heat retention, and reduces energy loss during extended operation.

Each compartment is powered by an individual 3,500 BTU high-output gas burner, delivering a total output of 14,000 BTU. Independent high-medium-low adjustable gas valves with pilot lights allow precise temperature control for each well, enabling operators to hold multiple food items at different temperatures simultaneously.

Removable galvanized steel radiation plates are included in each compartment to support even heat distribution and consistent warming performance. A gas pressure regulator is also provided for safe and reliable operation with natural gas systems.
