The Eagle HT3-NG-FM 3 Well Natural Gas Hot Food Table is designed for reliable hot holding in commercial kitchens, buffets, and cafeteria service lines. With three 12" x 20" dry heat wells, it provides efficient capacity for holding multiple menu items at safe serving temperatures.
Each well features an independent 3,500 BTU gas burner with high-medium-low adjustable controls and pilot light, allowing precise heat management per compartment. The insulated 8" deep galvanized liners help maintain consistent temperatures while improving energy efficiency during extended service.
The unit is constructed from heavy-duty 22-gauge type 430 stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning. It includes a built-in 8" polyethylene cutting board for prep space, along with an adjustable galvanized undershelf for storage. The integrated double-tier Flex-Master® overshelf system with 30" posts adds vertical storage and organization above the work surface.
The open base design with tubular legs and non-marking adjustable feet ensures stability and flexibility in busy service environments. A gas pressure regulator is included for safe installation and operation.

With three independently controlled wells and integrated Flex-Master® overshelves, this unit combines hot food holding capacity with enhanced service presentation and storage functionality.
Constructed with a heavy-duty 430 stainless steel top and body, the unit is engineered for durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term commercial use. The die-stamped beaded openings are designed to accommodate standard 12" x 20" food pans, ensuring compatibility with widely used foodservice equipment and efficient food handling during service.
Each of the three 8-inch deep dry wells is built with heavy-gauge galvanized liners and fully insulated on all sides and the bottom with 1-inch fiberglass insulation. This insulation helps maintain consistent internal temperatures, improves heat retention, and reduces energy loss during continuous operation.
Each compartment is powered by an individual 3,500 BTU high-output gas burner, delivering a total output of 10,500 BTU. Independent high-medium-low adjustable gas valves with pilot lights allow precise temperature control for each well, enabling operators to hold different food items at optimal serving conditions simultaneously.
Removable galvanized steel radiation plates are included in each compartment to promote even heat distribution and consistent warming performance. A gas pressure regulator is also provided to ensure safe and proper installation for natural gas operation.
