The Vollrath Cayenne 60" heated shelf is the larger-format version of the Cayenne heated shelf — the same two-zone thermostatically controlled design in a 60" width that serves longer pass windows and extended service lines. At 905W, it provides the additional heating power needed to maintain consistent temperature across the larger 60" x 20" surface. Same right-aligned zone controls, aluminum core, stainless top and outer construction.

The Vollrath Cayenne 60" heated shelf extends the 36" model's two-zone heated shelf concept to the 60" width required for longer commercial pass windows, buffet warming stations, and food service lines where a 36" shelf isn't sufficient to cover the service span. At 60" wide by 20" deep with 5-3/4" height, the 60" shelf covers the width of a typical two-station service line or a full single-station buffet service pass.
The two-zone heating design is especially important at the 60" width. A single heating element spanning 60" would require significantly more wattage to maintain even surface temperature across the full width — or would produce uneven temperature distribution with hotter zones near the element and cooler zones at the edges. Two independently controlled zones allow each zone to be managed for its specific function and location, with the right-aligned thermostatic controls providing independent set point management for front and back zones across the full 60" span.
At 905W and 7.5 amps, the 60" shelf is a moderate-draw appliance that can run on a standard 15-amp circuit with capacity to spare. The rope-style heating elements in the thermostatic design provide even heat distribution — rope elements make consistent contact across the aluminum core rather than point-heating at specific element contact positions, contributing to uniform surface temperature across the full 60" width.
The 5-3/4" height dimension (versus 2-3/4" on the 36" model) reflects the larger unit's additional internal structure required for the 60" span. Stainless steel top and outer construction throughout. Aluminum core for thermal distribution efficiency. Smooth top and welded corners for easy cleaning.
