Designed with buffets in mind, a heated base, overhead heating element, and sneeze guard are all combined within the same unit, saving you the time, effort, and cost of buying each separate. This unit's blanket heating element with fiberglass insulation keep heat dissipation on the surface minimal. Its overhead infrared heating element directs heat to the outer edges of the base where heat loss is the greatest. Shatter resistant lights are also included to display food , and sturdy plexi glass sneeze guards keep food safe and sanitary. Surface temperature can be adjusted with a built-in thermostat, and power cord is included.
