Don't settle for a buffet table that serves lukewarm food - not only will customers be disappointed in their meal, but lukewarm food could be dangerous! This hot food table efficiently holds heated prepared foods above the danger zone temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Each well will accept full size or fractional pans to 6" deep, and can be used with standard adapter plates and insets for serving flexibility.

Hot Food Display Table

The individually-controlled wells have Thermoset fiber-reinforced resin walls that are self-insulating and provide maximum energy efficiency. They will not rust or pit, and they are easily cleaned. The wells also have individual brass drain valves.
The dome heating elements use up to 25% less energy, and the thermostatic heating controls automatically adjust for water temperature and food volume changes to reduce food waste.
This unit comes with a polyethylene NSF-approved cutting board.
