The unit is constructed with a heavy-duty 430 stainless steel top and body, providing durability, corrosion resistance, and a professional appearance suitable for long-term commercial use. Die-stamped beaded openings are designed to accommodate standard 12" x 20" food pans, allowing for easy integration with common foodservice setups and efficient product handling.

Each of the four dry wells features an individual 3,500 BTU high-output gas burner, delivering a total of 14,000 BTU. Every compartment is independently controlled using high-medium-low adjustable gas valves with pilot lights, giving operators precise control over temperature for different food types and holding requirements.

The heating compartments are 8 inches deep and constructed with heavy-gauge galvanized liners. Each well is fully insulated on all four sides and the bottom with 1-inch fiberglass insulation, helping to retain heat efficiently and maintain stable internal temperatures during extended operation.
