The 27" deep cook top is the largest in the industry, and the robust two-piece 30,000 BTU cast iron burners are set in split cast iron ergonomic grates.
The oven accepts a full-size sheet pan in both directions and has a ribbed porcelain bottom and door interior, with aluminized top, sides, and back. Combined with the straight steel tube oven burner, this unit offers exceptional temperature consistency.
