The Garland X60-10RR Sunfire® 60" restaurant range is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. It features ten 30,000 BTU two-piece cast-iron “Q” style donut burners set in ergonomic split top grates for consistent heat and durability. The two standard ovens include straight steel tube 33,000 BTU burners, ribbed porcelain oven bottoms, aluminized sides and back, nickel-plated oven racks, and thermostats adjustable from low to 500°F. Stainless steel front, sides, 4" plate rail, and backguard with removable shelf provide long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. The range also includes stamped drip trays, easy-to-read control knobs, reinforced chassis, and 6" injection-molded steel core adjustable legs. Optional griddle models feature cast-iron “H” style burners at 18,000 BTU per 12" width. Ideal for professional kitchens requiring large capacity, reliable performance, and flexible fuel options.

The Garland X60-10RR 60" Sunfire® Restaurant Range is a high-capacity commercial gas range designed for professional kitchens requiring maximum cooking performance. With ten powerful open burners and two standard ovens, this range combines versatility, durability, and ergonomic design to meet the needs of busy foodservice operations.

The unit features a large 27" (686 mm) deep worktop surface, stainless steel front, sides, 4" (102 mm) plate rail, and a stainless steel backguard with removable shelf, offering both protection and convenient storage. Its 6" (152 mm) steel core injection-molded legs provide stability, easy leveling, and simple cleaning underneath the unit. The reinforced chassis ensures long-lasting structural integrity, capable of handling heavy-duty kitchen operations.

The cooktop is equipped with ten 30,000 BTU/hr. (8.79 kW) 2-piece cast-iron "Q" style donut open burners, ergonomically set in split cast-iron top ring grates for optimal heat distribution and secure cookware placement. Each burner is individually controlled with durable, easy-to-read knobs, and the unit includes a built-in 1" NPT gas pressure regulator for safe, reliable operation. On models with a griddle, the range includes 5/8" (15 mm) thick steel griddle plates with manual hi/lo valve control and cast-iron "H" style burners rated 18,000 BTU/5.27 kW per 12" (305 mm) section, with a 4-1/4" (108 mm) wide grease trough for efficient fat management. Griddle plates are installed on the right side of applicable models, providing additional cooking flexibility.

The two standard ovens each feature a straight steel tube oven burner rated 33,000 BTU/7.33 kW, a ribbed porcelain oven bottom and door interior, and aluminized steel top, sides, and back for even heating and long-lasting durability. Each oven is equipped with a nickel-plated rack and two fixed-position rack guides, accommodating full-size sheet pans with even heat distribution. Oven operation is controlled by snap-action thermostats adjustable from Low to 500°F (260°C), providing precise bake and broil performance. Oven doors are heavy-duty with square, "keep-cool" handles for safety and durability in high-volume kitchens. The oven pilots are easily accessible for lighting and routine maintenance.

The cooktop design also includes 12" (305 mm) stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms, making cleanup fast and efficient. The split cast-iron grates are ergonomically designed to allow easy access to burners and provide secure placement for pots and pans of varying sizes. Stainless steel construction on the exterior, combined with durable internal components, ensures the range can withstand the rigorous demands of commercial cooking environments.
