The baker’s depth standard oven delivers 35,000 BTU/hr of cooking power and accommodates full-size sheet pans placed side-to-side or front-to-back. With an adjustable thermostat from 250°F to 500°F, multiple rack positions, and a heavy-duty oven door, this range supports consistent baking and roasting throughout service.

The exterior features stainless steel construction on the front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf, providing a professional appearance while offering excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, and daily wear. Six-inch stainless steel adjustable legs allow the unit to be properly leveled and positioned to meet kitchen layout and sanitation requirements.
The cooking surface is equipped with six powerful open-top burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU/hr, delivering the intense, even heat required for sautéing, boiling, and high-temperature cooking. Lift-off burner heads make cleaning and maintenance quick and efficient, while the shrouded flash tube pilot system—with one pilot serving every two burners—ensures reliable ignition and energy-efficient operation. Heavy-duty cast iron grates provide a stable cooking surface and are designed for easy lift-off.
