The Traulsen CLST-6024-SD-LR is a 60" two-section mega top prep table refrigerator with solid left/right doors — the reach-in solid-door version of the 60" mega top, pairing 24 top-rail ingredient positions with full-height interior shelf storage across two independently accessible sections. Twenty-four 1/6-size x 4" polycarbonate pans included; rail accommodates 6" deep pans. 8" cutting board for mega top rail. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves per section. R-290 refrigeration at 32–41°F, front-breathing zero-clearance.

This unit is designed for the highest-complexity prep operations that need both extensive refrigerated ingredient access at rail level and substantial interior storage for bulk containers and large-format prep stock.
At 24 rail positions in a 60" mega top, this unit supports ingredient-intensive menus where variety at the rail is the defining operational requirement. Build-your-own concepts, gourmet sandwich operations, high-end pizza programs, and catering prep kitchens that require broad simultaneous ingredient availability all have use cases for a 24-position rail in a single unit. The forced-air chambered rail refrigeration maintains consistent 32–41°F temperature across all 24 positions.
Two solid-door sections below the rail provide four adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves across two independently accessible compartments. This interior storage is operationally important at the 24-position rail scale: a 24-position rail requires significant backup ingredient volume to sustain service, and the shelf interior is where that backup volume lives. Large containers of bulk proteins, oversized vegetable prep, and hotel pans of batch-prepped ingredients all access through the solid doors below.
The 8" deep full-length cutting board accompanying the mega top provides a working surface for immediate prep tasks, including the pan refilling and ingredient transfer from bulk storage to rail pans that happens during service at a high-volume operation.
