Built for durability, the CLBC7-R features heavy-gauge stainless steel construction on the front, sides, door, and interior, with a galvanized steel top, back, and bottom for added strength. The cabinet and door are fully insulated with 2 inches of high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane, providing superior temperature retention and energy efficiency. The right-hinged solid door includes a stay-open feature at 120°, along with anti-condensate heaters to prevent moisture buildup around the door frame.
Inside, the unit accommodates up to seven full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans or fourteen half-size (12" x 20") pans on durable stainless steel wire shelves. These adjustable shelves make it easy to chill different types of products efficiently. The advanced air circulation system, paired with a high-capacity self-contained refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R448A refrigerant, ensures even and rapid cooling throughout the cabinet. The front-facing condenser coil allows for convenient maintenance access, while automatic defrosting maintains consistent performance.
The easy-to-use 2.8-inch digital control interface includes a water-resistant display with five capacitive keys for precision operation. Adjustable settings allow operators to choose between Hard Chill and Soft Chill modes, depending on the food type and desired cooling rate.
