The Traulsen CLST-3610-SD-LR is a 36" two-section compact prep table refrigerator with solid doors hinged left and right — a wider reach-in prep table that adds interior shelf capacity and a second refrigerated section while maintaining the compact prep table format. Ten 1/6-size x 4" polycarbonate pans are included for the top rail, rated for 6" deep pans. Each section has two adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves on pilasters. The R-290 refrigeration system operates at 32–41°F with front-breathing zero-clearance capability.
Both doors are self-closing with stay-open feature, field-reversible, and feature magnetic snap-in gaskets with protecting retainers. Stainless steel interior and exterior throughout. A 12" deep full-length NSF polyethylene cutting board spans the full width. Factory-installed 4" braked casters, 9' cord and plug. 1/5 HP, 2.4 amps. 6-year parts and labor warranty plus 1-year compressor warranty. cETLus, ETL-Sanitation listed.
The Traulsen CLST-3610-SD-LR steps up from the 27" one-section model to a 36" two-section configuration — expanding both top-rail prep capacity and interior storage in a format that still fits the compact prep table footprint. The 36" width accommodates 10 included 1/6-size pans in the top rail versus 8 in the 27" model, adding two additional ingredient positions without requiring a line reconfiguration. The two separate door sections divide the interior into two independently accessed refrigerated compartments, each with two adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves on pilasters.
Two-section construction provides an operational separation that one-section units don't offer: different ingredient categories can be stored in each section, and one section can be accessed during service without opening the entire interior to ambient temperature loss. In a busy prep line where the left side of the unit might hold dairy and the right side holds produce, this section division allows each cook or station to access their ingredients independently.
Both doors are hinged outward — left door hinged left, right door hinged right — in a standard configuration that keeps each door swinging toward its natural open position without overlapping. Both hinges are field-reversible for installation flexibility. The self-closing mechanism with stay-open feature is consistent across both doors, and magnetic snap-in gaskets on both doors replace without tools.
The front-breathing R-290 refrigeration system serves the full 36" unit from a rear-mounted self-contained system, maintaining 32–41°F across the pan rail and interior with forced-air chambered rail operation. LED electronic control with water-resistant display monitors and maintains temperature. Stainless steel exterior and interior throughout. Cabinet insulation averages 2-3/8" foamed-in-place high-density non-CFC polyurethane.
